Mortgage Specialist

To be successful within this position, you will ideally possess:
- Previous or Banking Lending experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Display numerical/financial comprehension
- Ability to overcome obstacles and set backs
- A strong service ethic (understand the importance of the customer & have a can do attitude)
Responsibilities in this role will include:
- Answering mortgage and debt consolidation related questions
- Tailoring the right finance solutions and providing approvals for your clients.
- Writing and submissions of deals to lenders.
- Follow up documentation and settlements of transactions.
- Ability to hire support staff as needed.
- Sourcing new business
