Receptionist

The selected applicant will be responsible for answering multiple incoming lines; greeting/answering client questions via phone; and performing clerical duties as assigned. Qualified candidates must possess excellent communication skills and professional appearance/demeanour. PC proficiency (MS Word, Excel and Outlook) required. Bilingual skills (English/French) are required. Previous mortgage experience a plus!

Location:
  • Calgary, Alberta
Specific Skills/Background Required:
  • Completion of Grade 12.
  • A strong service ethic (understand the importance of the customer & have a can do attitude)
  • Experience with a multi-line Switchboard is essential.
  • Possess computer and data entry skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and cooperatively with others.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, dealing with clients and a variety of stakeholders both in person and on the phone.
  • Ability to organize high volumes of work and multi task.
  • Bilingual skills (English/French).
