To be successful within this position, you will ideally possess:

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven strong relationship building skills.
- A strong financial/numerical comprehension.
- Understanding of movements in the home loan market.
Responsibilities in this role will include:
- Answering mortgage enquiries.
- Meeting with your clients.
- Assessing individual client needs.
- Processing loan applications.
- Hiring new staff and building new partnerships
- Sourcing new business.
